SAUNDERS THREAD SPECIFICATIONS
KEVLAR®
KEVLAR® IS THE REGISTERED TRADEMARK FOR DuPont's family of high-temperature-resistant aramid fibers having a unique combination of toughness, extra-high strength and exceptional thermal stability. SAUNDERS THREAD manufactures both continuous multifilament and spun KEVLAR® for a variety of sewing operations. Continuous multifilament KEVLAR® is available in both soft and bonded, but only in natural yellow color. Spun KEVLAR® is available in a range of package dyed colors and some sizes in a glazed finish.
